Retro-Engineering of Jet A1 Fuel Storage

The JET A1 fuel storage facilities consisted essentially of a 30m3 horizontal tank, a transfer pump, 2 filters upstream and downstream of the pump, and a single network of tank and truck filling pipes.
The aim of this project is to establish the as built layout via Scan3D and As-built Modeling, and to redo the study and plans in compliance with aviation standards, following the observations of a specialist consulted by VIVO.
Process for producing deliverables:
- On-site Scan3D;
- 3D modeling and As-built layout plans;
- Process modification: Compliance with standards;
- Final deliverables: 2D/3D drawings - Isometries - P&ID - DataSheet -MTO & Estimates.
